Its primary function is to regulate balance of water and minerals throughout the body. It helps regulate blood pressure in conjunction with sodium. It is important that potassium and sodium are in balance as any imbalances may impact on cardiovascular, bone and neuromuscular health.

Potassium is vital in the human body, and potassium chloride by mouth is the common means to treat low blood potassium. Potassium is important for cellular function, kidneys, heart, muscles and nerves.
Potassium is an important electrolyte helping regulate nerve signals from the brain to muscles, promoting neuromuscular function.
Potassium chloride may be used a salt substitute in food.
1/8 Teaspoon (approx. 0.7 g)
Take 1/8 teaspoon with food. Take with at least 8 oz. of water or other beverage. Can be taken 1 to 3 times daily in separate servings. Do not exceed 3 servings per day.
Store in a cool, dry place after opening
